Container will be manufacture using top & Bottom ISO corner as per custmors required orientation.Plain as well as corragation sheet can be used.Container locking arrangemnt with different located single and double door mechanisam can de used.
ACOUSTIC CONTAINER
We are manufacturing Acoustic container with corrugation as well as in plain shape with raga arise base frame. We are using ISO corners to mount the container on trailer easily.
We manufacture container as per customer’s requirement, with partition also. It can be used to incorporate the generator from30 kva to 2000kva.we incorporate the silencer also inside the container. Most of the company giving the Generator on rent is benefited by these products.
Acoustic absorbent material will be fire retardant P.U.Foam .The thickness and density of the foam will depend on the reduction of sound level required. We also used Rockwool of different density and thickness as acoustic material. Rockwool will be covered by fibre tissue paper and G.I.perforated sheet/fabric/gypsum board.
